Delivery & Returns: Delivery will be 3 - 4 weeks from date of order as stock of the Louis De Poortere range is sent from Belgium.  The rug is ordered for specifically for you and sent individually to us here in New Zealand. Due to this the range is excluded from our returns policy for change of mind or change of circumstances purchases.  We encourage you to please choose carefully.  In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the rug, we will remedy the situation with a replacement or refund.
